We are delighted to announce that after a competitive selection process managed by the Asset Mgt Team, the international group Sonae Sierra have been selected as Property Managers for Galleria Borromea.
Sonae will be responsible for the Property Management through the existing consortium structure and also rent management, leasing and mall income. The Asset Mgt Team are particularly pleased with the outcome due to Sonae's background as an owner and developer combined with their international background and institutional discipline.
