PrimoRE is pleased to announce the appointment of C&W as new Property Managers.

We are delighted to announce that after a competitive selection process managed by the Asset Mgt Team, Cushman & Wakefield have been selected as new Property Managers for Galleria Borromea.

Cushman & Wakefield will be responsible for the Property Management through the existing consortium structure and also rent management, leasing and mall income. in a sense it is a coming home for the C&W team that have transformed since the acquisition of Cogest Italia by C&W Italy, Cogest was the original manager of the centre at opening.

The Asset Mgt Team were particularly impressed with C&W's data analysis and track record enabling them to have both a national view alongside international reporting standards.
