My name is William Gould and I founded PrimoRE in 2013 as a boutique advisory company. This was to capitalise on my extensive market knowledge and client base, built over 20 years of experience at the highest level in commercial real estate in Italy.

I was previously Managing Director and Head of Investment at Savills Italy and before that I was a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield where I worked for 10 years in Capital Markets.

Over the years I have built up a vast knowledge of the Italian Shopping Centre Market having advised international and national clients for transactions across the entire length and breadth of the country, there are not many shopping centres in Italy that I have not touched in some way over the years.

I am British and have been based in Milan since 1999. I have a BSc in European Business Studies with Technology and a Diploma di Esperto nella Produzione Industriale. I am a fully qualified real estate broker under Italian Law.
